Mr. Cary has been a lawyer since 1985. He moved his office to Boca Raton after years of practice in a larger firm in downtown Ft. Lauderdale. Although his practice still is centered in Palm Beach and Broward Counties, he handles legal matters throughout Florida and has represented clients from many other states and countries.

Mr. Cary’s office operates a general practice. Instead of assigning and supervising associates to do your work, Mr. Cary will ordinarily handle your assignment personally. However, if your particular case or matter can be better handled by or in conjunction with another lawyer or firm, Mr. Cary will not hesitate to recommend the involvement of other specialists he has carefully established relationships with over the last twenty five years. Your permission will always be obtained before any other lawyers become involved, and your case will continue to be monitored and directed by this office.

As a supervising attorney and then as the proprietor of a general practice, Mr. Cary has handled an extremely wide-ranging spectrum of legal matters. Whether your legal mater involves the sale or purchase of a business, representation for injuries suffered in an auto accident, a criminal charge, family issues, the sale of purchase of real property, or resolving a zoning issue, the firm has handled those type of cases and many more.
